At EZ4 Life Scooters, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns under the following conditions:
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
- Condition: The product must be returned in new, unused condition. Items showing signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted.
- Shipping Costs: If the product needs to be returned by freight, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Return Authorization: All returns require prior authorization. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number before shipping any product back.
