The Model F/Fi comes with air (pneumatic) tires, which require periodic inflation. Pneumatic tires offer a smoother ride on uneven surfaces compared to solid tires, but they do need ongoing upkeep. WHILL advises checking and maintaining tire pressure regularly.

WHILL recommends replacing the tire (and the tube) when tread depth wears to 0.5 mm or less, and checking tire pressure frequently. Replacing tubes ensures optimal functionality and safety.
